Veronica Moyer is an AI Leader on IBM’s watsonx Americas team, focusing on enterprise use cases that showcase IBM’s own transformation as “client zero”. She has a passion for creative storytelling to bridge the gap between business and technology, helping make AI value creation real for IBM’s clients. Prior to this role, she spent seven years in IBM’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) organization working firsthand on significant enterprise AI transformations in the IT space, including the company’s generative AI agentic experience and service desk operations.
