Walter Ward III is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of TiiCKER, a fintech platform transforming the way individual investors connect with the brands they own.

In addition to his executive work, Walter is a TEDx speaker and storyteller, known for his insights on the power of narrative to drive connection, leadership, and lasting change.

Over the past 20 years, Ward has built a career leading transformation at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. With a foundation in commercial banking, corporate strategy, program, and change management, he has helped global organizations navigate complexity, scale big ideas, and deliver results that matter.

Prior to TiiCKER, Ward was Chief Operating Officer for BlackRock’s Atlanta innovation hub, where he managed business operations for BlackRock in Georgia and the ETF Platform and Innovation function, leading cross-functional teams focused on emerging financial technologies. He was also the Chief of Staff of Client Liquidity at Silicon Valley Bank during one of the most consequential moments in modern banking. That experience offered a front-row seat to both systemic risk and the power of calm, decisive leadership during crisis.

Walter earned his Master of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
