DETROIT, Mich. – Join the Butzel Long Charitable Trust and its nonprofit partners as they host the inaugural Summer Soirée at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at the Birmingham Country Club. Tickets are $200 per person.
Business leaders from throughout the Midwest will be in attendance. The evening will feature keynote speaker Lighthouse Chief Executive Officer Ryan Hertz, MSW. Notably, the Butzel Long Charitable Trust, established in 1983, supports many local organizations year-round in an effort to give back to the region that it has been located in for 172 years. In 2025, the Butzel Charitable Trust served 55 charitable organizations and donated more than $76,000 to organizations including Kids Kicking Cancer, Vista Maria, Detroit PBS, Folds of Honor, The Pink Fund, Rosa Parks Scholarship Foundation, Chaldean American Ladies of Charity Food Pantry, Kids in Need Foundation Annual Backpack Giveaway, Detroit Dog Rescue, Ava’s Heart, Brilliant Detroit and the list goes on.
