The Detroit Regional Chamber, alongside nearly 300 organizations representing 45 states, recently signed onto the U.S. Chamber‘s coalition letter to the FTC regarding the proposed Noncompete Rule. The Chamber and the undersigned organizations strongly oppose the proposed rule because noncompetes serve vital business and employee interests. They serve pro-competitive interests, encourage investment in employees, and help to protect intellectual property.
