Chemical Bank Hires Patti Zajdel, 1st Vice President, Director of Talent Acquisition

Sandy Kuohn, Chief Human Resources Officer, is pleased to announce the hiring of Patti Zajdel, 1st Vice President, Talent Acquisition Director.

“I am extremely excited to bring Patti on board,” stated Sandy Kuohn, Chief Human Resources Officer. “Her expansive experience in leading a team of recruiting professionals and collaborating with business lines to provide top-rated service in supporting various teams will prove to be an extremely valuable asset to the success of our organization.”

In her role as Talent Acquisition Director, Zajdel will lead the recruiting team in supporting all aspects of Talent Acquisition for Chemical Bank. She will responsible for developing and executing strategic direction of the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring appropriate communication, partnership and alignment to the organization’s priorities.

Zajdel comes to Chemical Bank with over 30 years of HR experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education with a minor in History from Western Michigan University and is a graduate of Clawson High School.

Active in her community, Zajdel is a volunteer at The Baldwin Center, operates as a Group Facilitator for the New Parent Class at William Beaumont Hospital’s Parenting Program, and is involved with various outreach programs through St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Rochester. She has two children and enjoys spending time with her family, entertaining, reading, walking, journaling, working on home improvement projects, and participating in community outreach programs.
