Detroit Free Press Names Albert Kahn Associates a Winner of the Michigan Top Workplaces 2023 Award

Albert Kahn Associates has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Feedback from employees includes: “I think the work we are doing and the team behind it are the most meaningful to me. Everyone here has a special reason for going after certain projects and they usually have connections to the things we are passionate about. It is so great to be a part of a company who is actively looking for projects that will positively impact our community and create new and welcoming spaces for people to enjoy.”
