The Detroit Regional Chamber is once again celebrating being named a Top Workplace by the Detroit Free Press. This award recognizes the experience and culture the Chamber provides its employees and how it supports them in their work serving the Detroit Region and business community.
This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, among others.
