Corktown is currently home to more than 250 employees from Ford’s autonomous vehicle business unit as it works towards its goal to deploy a self-driving car by 2021. This presence will grow to more than 5,000 Ford employees and partners when Detroit’s iconic train station opens to the public again, along with several nearby properties.
