Officials behind the bid to land a WNBA franchise, team headquarters and sports complex in Detroit are confident the plan will come to fruition.
That was apparent when Detroit Pistons Vice Chairman Arn Tellem, a skilled deal maker who led the Pistons’ return to the city, took the stage Wednesday at the Mackinac Policy Conference to tout the project.
