AAA – The Auto Club Group Adds to Executive Team With Key Appointments

Dearborn, Mich. – July 31, 2025 – AAA – The Auto Club Group (ACG), the second-largest AAA club in North America with more than 13 million members, has strengthened its executive team with the addition of three senior leaders. These appointments reflect ACG’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence, strategic growth, and enhanced service for its members.

Insurance and Sales

Vincent Fusco has joined ACG as Executive Vice President, Chief Distribution Officer. Fusco will oversee insurance and direct sales, including those of Michigan-based insurance companies Meemic and Fremont, car care and credit card operations. Fusco brings deep insurance and leadership experience, with oversight of broad P&L responsibilities at a major national insurer with a strong focus on sales and distribution optimization. He led enterprise-wide efforts to drive revenue growth, expand markets, and improve operational efficiency. Beyond his strong track record of results, Fusco is recognized for his inclusive leadership style and genuine commitment to developing and empowering his teams.

Finance

Brian Savage started with ACG in April as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, succeeding longtime Chief Financial Officer Sean Maloney, who retired in the spring. Savage will lead ACG’s treasury, accounting, investments, real estate, and financial planning teams, guiding the organization’s financial strategy and ensuring continued fiscal strength. Savage brings more than 25 years of insurance industry experience to the role, having worked in senior leadership positions with four of the top 15 auto insurers in the country. He has a strong background in bringing financial insights to key business strategies, including acquisitions and product rollouts.

Marketing

Georgina Flores has joined ACG as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer. She will oversee all aspects of ACG’s marketing, branding, customer engagement, and growth strategies. Prior to this role, Flores served as Chief Marketing Officer at a large, global events company. She also brings two decades of insurance and motor club experience in senior marketing roles where she led impactful, enterprise-level initiatives in brand strategy, creative campaigns and digital transformation and delivered award-winning Multicultural marketing efforts to attract and retain new customers. She has been inducted into both the American Advertising Federation’s and Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism’s Halls of Achievement. She also has been named to the ’40 Under 40’ list by Ad Age.

All three executives will report directly to ACG President and Chief Executive Officer, Joseph J. Richardson, Jr.
