Yaniv Ribon is the Senior Director of the Commercial Employer Product Portfolio at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. He leads a team responsible for developing and overseeing medical products designed to improve affordability, expand access to care, and support member well-being. His portfolio includes preferred provider organization, health maintenance organization, and alternative network offerings.
Ribon has extensive health plan experience, including leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Before assuming his current position, he served as a Blue Care Network executive, leading HMO product and program strategy and working directly with agents, brokers, and employer clients.
Earlier in his career, Ribon held several roles at Target’s corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, where he managed merchandise assortment selection and maintenance across multiple categories.
