Associates again ranked Warner Norcross + Judd LLP one of the Top 10 Best Law Firms to Work For in the annual Vault survey.
The firm improved its ranking in several key areas over 2025 and earned top honors for its inclusion of women and its transparency. Warner associates were among more than 20,000 associates surveyed nationwide at large law firms as part of Vault’s annual rankings of the 50 Best Law Firms to Work For.
Associates are asked voluntarily to rate their satisfaction with their current career outlook, the quality of work assignments they receive, training and mentoring opportunities, relationships with partners and their compensation package, among other factors.
In ranking Warner in the top 10, Vault noted: “There’s a lot for associates to like at Warner, including the firm’s core values of client service and teamwork.”
Vault goes on to say: “Uniquely Michigan with all nine offices in the state, Warner is known for great people and a special work environment, reasonable expectations for time spent in the office and high-quality work. Warner, which first made the Vault Top 10 in 2025, also improved its ranking in firm culture, associate/partner relations, wellness and informal training/mentoring/sponsorship. In addition to its top ranking as a best law firm for women, Warner was also recognized in the Top 10 in three other inclusion categories where it wasn’t ranked the previous year.
