Diallo Smith is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Life Remodeled, responsible for building organizational capacity to execute the organization’s business plan, overseeing major projects, cultivating a thriving organizational culture, developing effective leadership and management strategies throughout the organization, human resource structuring, including DE&I initiatives, and providing risk management consultation on major company decisions.
Smith has over 20 years of experience in coordinating, planning, and implementing projects through to completion, which translates into enhanced customer satisfaction, increased revenue, cost efficiency, and a growth environment for the organization and the people it serves. His financial expertise led him to careers at ExxonMobil, BP Amoco, and IBM Consulting, until he decided to return home to Detroit, where he founded and owned the small business Drive Ping Pong Bar & Grille. His passion for creating equity and providing opportunity in Detroit then led him to the work he does now with Life Remodeled.
Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Wilberforce University in Ohio and a Master of Divinity degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He is also a graduate of Cass Technical High School.
