Elissa Slotkin represents Michigan in the U.S. Senate.
Slotkin was formerly the U.S. Representative for Michigan’s 7th Congressional District. She has been a leading advocate for bringing critical manufacturing back to Michigan, lowering the cost of prescription drugs and healthcare, and strengthening America’s national security.
Prior to serving in Congress, Slotkin served in various national security roles under then-Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama at the Central Intelligence Agency, White House, and Pentagon, eventually serving as Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs.
