Folashade Iposu is the Integrated Communications Intern for the Creative Advisory Team at the Detroit Regional Chamber. As the department’s first intern, she serves in many spaces aiding the department in overseeing social media, writing blog features, and proofing written materials.
Iposu has previously interned with public relations agencies and in-house companies, like Forge PR and RealCold, utilizing storytelling through messaging and imagery to unique audiences. She has represented brands in the technology, events, consumer-packaged goods, education, and hospitality industries.
Iposu earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communications with a focus on Public Relations and minored in Business Administration at Howard University.
