Tiffany Taylor

Chief People and Impact Officer, GSV Ventures; Co-president, ASU+GSV Summit

Tiffany Taylor is Co-President at ASU+GSV Summit and Partner at GSV  Ventures. Previously, Taylor served as Executive Director of Teach For America Detroit, and later supported its 51 regions nationwide as Deputy Chief People Officer. Taylor deepened her understanding of issues affecting underrepresented communities through her work as an education policy consultant and affordable housing developer in our nation’s capital.

Taylor has held key advisory roles and serves on numerous boards, including KIPP Michigan, Reading Partners, Black Male Educators Alliance, Michigan Virtual, and the AI Education Project. She is also a board observer for Tutored By Teachers and a governor appointee on the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority Board of Commissioners. She has been awarded the 2022 Microsoft Legacy Project Changemaker Award and the 2019 Walker’s Legacy Women in Economic Development and Civic Leadership Award.

Taylor earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and African and Afro-American studies from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, a Master of Science in Education from St. Joseph’s University, and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Maryland – College Park. She most recently earned an executive certificate from Harvard Business School.
