The Detroit Regional Chamber supports an equitable and thriving Detroit Region. We are committed to promoting fair distribution and access to wealth and encouraging the business community to engage in efforts that fosters innovation, talent attraction, and economic prosperity.

Fostering a Balanced and Inclusive Region

The Chamber values the accountability rightfully demanded of it to invest in Economic Equity and Inclusion work. To date, this has included an internal audit of processes and organizational culture, the creation of a Board of Directors committee to oversee it, collaboration with peer organizations focused on this work, the launch of a research initiative with Gallup, and the addition of an executive office within the Chamber to operate the program.
