Dorian Grey

Senior Director, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation

Dorian Grey is the Detroit Regional Chamber’s Senior Director of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation, overseeing the Chamber’s renowned Leadership Detroit program, the Detroit Policy Conference, and other Chamber initiatives related to supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs in the Detroit Region.  

Most recently, Grey spent more than eight years with AAA – The Auto Club Group, managing enterprise-wide governance and corporate affairs for a multi-billion-dollar, multi-entity organization. A former small business owner, Grey has over a decade of experience as a business and legal professional with expertise in corporate governance, program development, and stakeholder engagement. 

Grey serves as Board Chair of the Detroit Regional LGBT Chamber of Commerce and as a Young Leader Board Member of the Detroit Economic Club and Chair of its Career Readiness Academy Committee. He also serves as a Business Professionals of America judge and supports families through Forgotten Harvest.  

Grey earned undergraduate degrees in business and legal studies from Oakland Community College and Eastern Michigan University. In his spare time, he enjoys studying foreign languages and the piano, traveling around the country and across the globe with his spouse, and spending time outdoors with their fur children.
