Carla Walker-Miller Discusses Driving Success Through Equity

The next installment in the “A Business Case for Equity” series features Kathleen “Lisa” Cawley, Managing Director of Health and Public Services for Accenture. In the interview, Cawley discussed  Accenture’s commitment to economic equity and inclusion, which is driven by both business imperatives and a sense of responsibility to the communities in which Accenture operates. She also highlighted Accenture’s apprenticeship program, which Cawley shared has been instrumental in creating opportunities for talent from diverse backgrounds and has led to a remarkable 98% job offer rate and 90% retention after two years, while also inspiring positive ripple effects in the apprentices’ families and communities.
