Booking Your HotelIn order to make reservations at the Preferred Island Hotels below, a Conference confirmation number will be required. This number is found in the subject line of your confirmation email. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please contact Marianne Bogard at

Grand Hotel Reservation Policy 

To make a reservation at Grand Hotel, please call 800.334.7263. Each caller is limited to one room reservation. A caller will not be able to reserve multiple rooms, only one room reservation per caller. If a company is trying to secure multiple rooms at Grand Hotel, multiple calls will need to be made.

Grand Hotel room reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms usually fill up within an hour of taking reservations. Once Grand Hotel reaches capacity, Conference attendees can be placed on a waitlist with the Hotel. However, it is strongly advised that attendees secure alternative accommodations.

Bicycle Inn

Chippewa Hotel
This turn-of-the-century landmark is located on Main Street on the harbor’s edge. Newly renovated rooms and suites. Telephone, cable TV in each room. Restaurant and lounge on premises. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex accepted. Full payment required as deposit.

Hotel Iroquois

Hotel Iroquois’ 46 well-appointed suites and guest rooms are individually decorated with custom furnishings. All accommodations have a queen or king bed, private bath, complimentary wireless Internet service and PURE premium bath amenities by Gloss.

Island House
A charming Victorian hotel built in the mid-1800’s. Telephone and TV in each room. Restaurant, lounge and poolside bar and grill, plus an indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool on premises. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex accepted. Rate includes a full American breakfast buffet. Offers a two night minimum. Full payment required as deposit for three-night stay.

Lake View Hotel 
Charming Victorian flair with the ambience and service of a quaint hotel. Suites with jacuzzi, restaurant and lounge on premises, plus a heated indoor pool. Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted. Offers three night minimum or three night reservation and full payment required as deposit.

Lilac Tree Suites and Spa
Located in the center of downtown, Main Street. Only a short walk up the hill to the Grand Hotel. A few skips away to the famous Pink Pony and daily entertainment. Two night minimum required.

Metivier Inn
All guest rooms are air conditioned with private baths. A complementary delicious breakfast buffet is served each morning. Wireless internet access (DSL) is available throughout the inn. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. Luggage can be stored for early arrivals and late departures. Porters are available to assist in moving luggage to and from the dock.

Mission Point Resort
The island’s second largest hotel is situated at the end of the island, 3/4 miles from downtown. Four restaurants, heated swimming pool, health club and special children’s activities center. Children 18 and under are complimentary in parent’s room. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex accepted. Full deposit required, two-night minimum stay required.

Murray Hotel 
This quaint, family-owned and managed hotel is situated in the heart of downtown. The hotel is fully air conditioned and offers a spacious sun deck and spa pool. A deluxe continental breakfast and home-baked bedtime cookies attest to the fact that, although the facilities have been updated, the old-fashioned atmosphere is intact. Offers a three-night minimum. Payment by check or money order within two weeks of booking your reservation.

Windermere Hotel
Guest rooms at the Windermere Hotel are beautifully appointed and many provide spectacular views of Lake Huron and the Mackinac Island harbor. Our twenty-six rooms each include a private bath. There are no televisions or telephones in the rooms. Available porter service from boat dock, ask for the Windermere Hotel porter when you get off the ferry.

Rates are all per person, per day and include breakfast, lunch (Wednesday and Thursday) and dinner. One full room charge is required as a deposit.

Charming Bed and Breakfast at the water’s edge, offers romantic turn-of-the-century traditions complemented by the amenities of today. Cottage Inn of Mackinac
A distinctive Bed & Breakfast located on Market Street. Each of the uniquely-themed rooms with a feeling of another era, offer modern-day amenities including TV, VCR, telephone, AC and private baths. Visa and MasterCard accepted. Full payment required as deposit.

Harbour View Inn 
European-influenced inn built from the estate of renowned Midwest fur trader Madame LaFramboise. Elegant garden or harbor-view rooms and suites available. Telephone and TV in all rooms. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Card and Amex accepted. Full payment required as deposit.

The Inn on Mackinac
This historic Victorian Inn has been updated to meet the needs of the modern traveler while preserving its colorful history. The Inn is fully air conditioned and offers a deluxe continental breakfast and home-baked bedtime cookies. Three night minimum. Payment by check or money order within two weeks of booking your reservation.

The Inn at Stonecliffe 
A small resort hotel located on the northwest corner of the island. Guest rooms are located in two buildings, Cudahy Manor, a turn-of-the century Tudor mansion and the new Summer House, adjacent to the outdoor pool, which features richly appointed air-conditioned suites. A deluxe continental breakfast is included. All credit cards and personal checks accepted. Two night minimum. Deposit of first night, plus taxes and $17 reservation fee.

Mackinac Resorts Sunset Condo 
Sunset Condominiums are located on the west end of Mackinac Island about two miles from the downtown area. Each unit has a balcony, full kitchen, washer and dryer, cable television, queen beds, sleeper sofas, and a living room with a fire place. The condos can accommodate 2 to 12 people depending on your unit type, two night minimum stay.

Pontiac Lodge 
We are conveniently located near all three ferry boat docks right across the street from Shepler’s, a half block from Star Line and 1 1/2 blocks from the Arnold Line. Look for the blue awning leading up to our office and guest rooms over the Balsam Shop and the Loonfeather gift shops.
