Jessica Vilani is Director of Product Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, leading the strategy to ensure the performance of a portfolio of healthcare solutions designed to manage conditions, improve well-being, and drive savings.
Previously she led the Agent Engagement and Special Markets teams, creating strategies to strengthen relationships with our external partners while also generating a positive impact on membership and financials.
Vilani joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in 2017, bringing extensive experience in the healthcare industry, leading an EAP account relations team, and serving as a Human Resources director and consultant in multiple organizations. She is a licensed Accident, Health, and Life Producer in the state of Michigan as well as a Senior Certified Human Resources professional through SHRM.
Vilani is a member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Executive Leadership Committee and an active member of her community, volunteering with her ATD-certified therapy dog, Bonnie, at schools, libraries, and the local hospital.
