Michelle Salvatore, Director of Recruiting, Quicken Loans Inc.

Michelle Salvatore is the Director of Recruiting for Quicken Loans and its Family of Companies. In this role, she is in charge of college and IT recruiting, sourcing, candidate screening and interviewing, team member placing and referral, and developing marketing programs to attract potential recruits.

Michelle joined Quicken Loans in 2004 as a recruiter focused on mortgage banking. She rose through the ranks and earned her current position as Director of Recruiting in 2006. Prior to joining Quicken Loans, Michelle spent eight years in the third-party staffing agency sector as an executive recruiter and is a certified personal consultant (CPC).

Her favorite part about working at Quicken Loans is watching team members she has placed grow to become difference-makers who have a strong sense of Quicken Loans’ culture.

The benchmark study of more than 870 companies based its rankings solely on feedback gathered through an employee survey.
