Tahirih is the Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff for Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), with more than 30 years of experience in community development and housing. Promoted in 2024 to the Chief Executive Officer’s Office to support executive alignment to advance operational efficiency, innovation, and strategic plan goal achievement. Previously, she oversaw 34 LISC markets and 50% of the enterprise workforce as Senior Vice President of Local Markets, guiding over $2 billion of annual investment in partnership with public and private stakeholders.
Ziegler earned a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and a Master of Public Administration from Western Michigan University.
