Myles Baker and Caleb Green Named to Lawyers of Color Hot List 2020
February 10, 2021The Lawyers of Color Hot List 2020 includes in-house counsel, government attorneys, or law firm associates and partners who were selected through a comprehensive nomination and research process. The selection committee, composed of editorial staff, fellows and advisers, reviewed nominations and researched publications in order to identify promising candidates. The committee also made selections based on research of attorneys who have noteworthy accomplishments; in particular, those who are active in diversity pipeline initiatives within the legal profession. Myles Baker is an Associate in the firm’s Detroit office. He practices in the areas of complex business litigation, labor and employment, and regulatory cannabis. He utilizes his wide range of skills and knowledge to provide effective legal counsel and achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. He is the Co-Chair of the Commercial Litigation Section for the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, a member of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s Young Lawyers Advisory Board, a member of the Wolverine Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan’s Business Law Section. Myles received his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law.
Caleb Green is an Associate in the firm’s Las Vegas office. His primary areas of practice include intellectual property, government affairs, immigration, and cyber-security and data protection matters. Specifically, his experience revolves around trademark prosecution, intellectual property litigation and enforcement, deportation defense, employment immigration, government affairs, and business matters. He is a member of the Western Region of the National Black Law Students Association Advisory Board, is Chair of the American Bar Association IP Section Law Student Action Group, and is Liaison for the ABA Sports & Entertainment Forum. He is a member of the Las Vegas National Bar Association and is on the Alumni Board of the National Black Law Student Association. Caleb received his J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law.
