Breadless offers a menu of gluten-free salads and rice bowls made with locally sourced greens to improve access to healthy, low-carb meals for Southeast Michigan residents while keeping the flavor and flair front and center to their meals.

Detroit natives, LaTresha and Marc Howland, along with their long-time friend and chef, Ryan Eli Salter, co-founded the restaurant in 2022. Their first location is in Detroit’s Rivertown District, with a second location in Rochester Hills.
