Camille Bryant is the Chief People & Culture Officer at Walker-Miller Energy Services, managing all people operations and leading the company’s DEI strategy to drive equality in the clean energy industry.
Prior to joining Walker-Miller, Bryant served in a number of roles with The General Electric Company, including Human Resources Manager and Executive Human Resources Business Partner for GE Digital’s Global Digital Hubs.
Passionate about supporting workforce development for historically underrepresented and marginalized individuals, she currently serves as the Executive Champion for the Green Jobs training program through Walker-Miller Energy Services. Bryant is also a Board Member for Workforce Opportunity Solutions.
Bryant attended Michigan State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy and a master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources.
